Southeast milk output is lower currently. Bottlers' orders have been steady compared to last week. Florida milk production has leveled off at this time. The weather is hot, and thunderstorms have been on and off throughout the week. Class I sales have been mixed due to the past Hurricane but should level off over the next few weeks. Cream interest is a bit soft this trading period. Multiples are displaying lower price points. Market participants expect interest to pick up in the next couple weeks.
