Mid-Atlantic milk production is flat. Manufacturers are close to or at capacity. Southeast milk off the farms is mixed. Class I sales are steady. Some operations are clearing more milk loads than others. Florida milk production is climbing. Class I sales are stable in the area. Market participants relay the cream market continues to show signs of softness. A few butter plants are running on active churning schedules. Multiples are ranging 1.06-1.20 this week. Condensed skim market conditions are fairly unchanged at this time. Supplies are available in the East.
