Class II sales are mixed, as some balancing operations are not at capacity. Class III sales are steady compared to last week. Mid-Atlantic milk output is increasing. There has been a steady pull from bottlers for their Class I needs. Southeast farm milk production is coming up. Milk managers report Class I sales are steady, and bottlers have been receiving a set number of milk loads. Temperatures in Florida are still around the low 90s, which some market participants relay is unseasonably hot for the end of October. Production is starting to pick up slightly. Cream is available in the region. Multiples are ranging 1.26-1.33 F.O.B. Some operations have enough cream supplies and are not purchasing on the spot market. Current interest is steady at this time. Condensed skim market conditions are stable, following similar patterns to the nonfat market.
