Class I sales are stable. Mid-Atlantic milk production is level to picking up. Manufacturers are close to or at capacity. Southeast milk off the farms is increasing. Class I sales are fairly steady. Florida milk production continues to pick up. Class I sales are unchanged in the area. Cream market conditions are soft in the East. Supply is outweighing demand at this time. Butter production is steady to strong. Multiples are ranging 1.05-1.20 this week. Condensed skim markets are showing signs of weakness as readily available supplies have outmatched current spot interest.
