SUMMARY OF 7 MISSISSIPPI CATTLE AUCTIONS HELD IN HATTIESBURG (619), 
FOREST (499), MERIDIAN (610), MACON (154), HOUSTON (184), 
WEST POINT (324), AND GRENADA (102) ON Mon Dec 10, 2018.

Receipts:     2,492          Last Week:     5,283        Year:    2,544

Compared to last Monday, slaughter cows and bulls sold steady. 
Feeder steers and heifers sold steady. 
The supply included 12 percent slaughter cows and 25 percent 
pairs/replacements. The feeder supply included 55 percent 
steers and 45 percent heifers, with an estimated 9 percent of the 
feeder supply weighing over 600 lbs.
