Market activity is slow to moderate. In the parts structure, prices of tenders are steady to firm, and dark meat cuts are steady. All other parts are steady to weak. Offerings of wings, bone-in breasts, and boneless skinless breasts are moderate to heavy with jumbo size boneless skinless breasts being slow to clear. Dark meat items and tenders are light to moderate, and the remainder of parts are moderate. Market activity for parts is slow to moderate. In production areas, live supplies are moderate. Weights are mixed, but noted as mostly desirable. The National Composite Weighted Average for 6/24/22 is 164.35 compared to 166.16 a week earlier, and 106.18 a year ago.
