Broiler/Fryer:  Daily National Broiler Market at-a-Glance
                                                                          
Whole broiler/fryer prices are trending steady to weak for all sizes. 
Offerings are readily available with some discounting noted. Demand 
into retail and food service channels is light to moderate entering
the weekend. Floor stocks are balanced to instances heavier than 
desired.  Market activity is slow to moderate. In the parts structure, 
the market tone is remaining steady on breast cuts and tenders. Dark 
meat cuts are steady at best. Wings are mixed, ranging steady to weak 
with jumbo sizes in the weakest position. Offerings of tenders and breast 
cut items are light to moderate. Wings are moderate to available, instances 
light in the Central region. Dark meat cuts are moderate to heavy. Market
activity for parts is slow to moderate. In production areas, live supplies 
are moderate. Weights are mixed, but noted as mostly desirable.
