     Dry Whole Milk - U.S.

     Free on board spot prices for national dry whole milk have been stagnant for the past couple
     of weeks. The trading activity in the spot market is light as most sales are based on Q1
     contracts. However, the national dry whole milk cash market undertone looks to be stable as
     supply is even with demand. Meanwhile, in order to help to reduce large cream supplies, some
     manufacturers anticipate increasing dry whole milk production during the next few weeks.
     Prices for: U.S., All First Sales, F.O.B., Conventional, and Edible Dry Whole Milk
     Price Range  - 26% Butterfat; $/LB:                    1.5000 - 1.6000
