MD_DA710 Dry Whole Milk - U.S. Report 6 - Released on February 10, 2022 The dry whole milk price range expanded this week. While market undertones remain bullish, the bottom of the price range dropped as some export loads were traded at a lower price to help producers clear 2021 inventories. Spot supplies remain very tight, and some end users say manufacturer offers have been limited. Most production is committed. Steady to stronger demand from domestic and export markets, with particularly robust interest noted out of Central and South America, outpaces current dry whole milk availability. The DMN January 2022 monthly average price for national dry whole milk was $2.0500, compared to $1.8700 one month ago.
