    In the Texas High Plains grain markets the bulk of bids 
were mostly 1 to 5 cents lower on grain sorghum; mostly 5 to 
11 cents lower on wheat; mostly 1 to 3 cents lower on corn. 

   The July contract closed 1.50 cents lower on corn, and 10.75 cents
lower for May on KC wheat.

   Prices paid or bid to producers delivered to country elevators as of 
3:00 p.m.   Grain sorghum quoted per hundredweight; wheat, corn and 
soybeans per bushel.

   Area North of the Canadian River:

Corn                              3.57 - 3.92

   Triangle Area from Plainview to Canyon to Farwell:
