Prices for Medium and heavier weight eggs are 3 cents higher.  The              
undertone is higher.  Offerings are light  to at times moderate.  
Supplies vary but are usually moderate.  The New York shell egg 
inventory is 6% higher than last Monday.  Retail demand is moderate 
to instances good.  Market activity is moderate to active.
