     Whole Milk Powder - Oceania

     Whole milk powder prices this period in Oceania are mixed, stronger at the bottom of the
     price range but lower at the top. The price strength is welcome and there is hope it will
     continue.

      New Zealand WMP production is quite heavy. Disappointingly low milk production volumes in
     Australia result in tempered WMP production schedules, to keep adequate milk available for
     butter, cheese and SMP.
     Prices for: Oceania, All First Sales, Free on Board - Port, Conventional, and Edible Whole
     Milk Powder
     Price Range - 26% Butterfat; $/MT:                     2,600 - 2,675

     WMP exports from New Zealand January-October this year were down 1.5 percent from January-
     October 2017, according to CLAL. The table below shows top export destination country
     percent change comparing January-October 2018 with 2017.

     At GDT event 225 on December 4, the WMP all contracts price, $2,667, increased 2.5 percent.
     The January contract price, $2,638, increased 3.5 percent.
